Michi is a principal consultant recruiting in-house legal professionals within fintech and compliance.
Upon graduating from Durham University with a BA(Hons) in English Literature & French, Michi worked for a multinational staffing agency recruiting in-house lawyers in London and Bristol for four years before joining Heriot Brown.
Michi recruits all levels from Paralegals to General Counsels, placing emphasis on cultural fit and transferable skills above sector specialism to cater to the adaptive nature of the regional market.
