Scott is Founder and Managing Director at Heriot Brown In-House Legal Recruitment, a leading in-house legal recruitment business with a core focus on recruiting Legal, Compliance and Company Secretarial professionals across the EMEA region.
Scott started his career as a Corporate and Commercial Lawyer, practicing in both the UK and Australia. Returning to the UK and drawing on the candidate journey he had himself experienced as a lawyer, he established a legal recruitment business with a mission to help lawyers lead fulfilling careers.
